Scott Barton is the Founder and Managing Partner for 2nd Order Solutions (2OS)—a cutting edge credit advisory firm—as well as a former Senior Executive at Capital One. Throughout his experiences he has led countless successful Collections strategy and optimization projects for clients ranging from promising fintech lenders to Top 10 domestic and global banks. A dynamic industry conference speaker, he is passionate about combining best-in-class credit risk management with the latest innovations in machine learning and data-driven decision making.
Scott has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Duke University.
Dave Wasik is a Partner for 2nd Order Solutions (2OS), focusing on Collections and Loss Mitigation, and a former Senior Executive at Capital One. Over his 25 years in financial services, he has developed deep expertise in strategy, process improvement, operations, and loss forecasting and regularly consults Top 20 banks to improve their Collections and Loss Mitigation efforts. Dave actively shares his sought-after expertise by publishing industry guiding whitepapers where he investigates the latest regulatory and economic factors impacting Collections in the moment.
Dave graduated from Duke University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
J.D. is Quanta’s Chief Executive Officer. For the last decade, J.D. successfully started and built companies as an entrepreneur in the UK and the US. Prior to his startup endeavors, J.D. served as an executive in multiples roles in the collections and recovery industry. At Quanta, J.D. combines his deep knowledge of collections, his entrepreneurial experience, and growth mindset to facilitate Quanta’s goal of building innovative omni channel digital collections solutions.
J.D. holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Business.
Colene McNinch is an accomplished executive who has served in the accounts
receivable management industry for over 28 years. She has extensive experience in
assessing risk related to compliance with consumer financial law, developing
internal quality and risk monitoring and assessment structures, and preparing for
and responding to external audit and due diligence exercises. Prior to joining
Quanta Credit Services as its full time Chief Risk Officer, Colene served as Quanta’s
fractional Chief Compliance Officer for two and a half years.

Jenn Griffin is Quanta’s Vice President of Marketing. She is a professional visual communicator who is passionate about helping businesses and organizations reach their target audience through creative design and strategic branding. Well-versed in all aspects of marketing and organizational communication, she has a proven ability to manage both people and projects from inception to completion on time and within budget.
Matt Jarrell is Quanta’s Senior Head of Client and Enterprise Analytics, focusing on crafting strategy and supporting Quanta’s business development opportunities. He brings more than 20 years of analytics and business case experience to the team. He has owned, managed, and developed strategies while either working for or consulting with lenders across the financial services industry. Matt is passionate about finding innovative solutions for complex financial situations and sharing his insights with clients.
Megan Edds is Quanta’s Chief of Staff. She brings nearly 20 years of Financial Services strategy and client management experience, including significant innovation in the Collections space. Megan is a proven team leader with a track record of delivering high performing strategies in a well-managed way. Megan is passionate about digital marketing and the intersection of customer needs and business outcomes.
Megan has a master’s degree in Communication from Clemson University and holds two federal patents for innovative financial services solutions.
Tim Van Haren is Quanta’s Head of Engineering. Tim has over 20 years of experience building software and leading engineering teams across multiple industries, including financial services. Tim is a growth-oriented leader, focused on employing highly-scalable software and developing strong relationships with both team members and clients. Tim is most passionate about problem-solving and finding the best solutions for the toughest questions.
Katy Repholz is Quanta’s Marketing Project Manager. She has more than 5 years of experience in the consumer finance industry, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes. Katy is passionate about the planning, management, and execution of campaigns as well as client satisfaction.
Annie Zhou is Quanta’s Strategy Analyst on the Client and Enterprise Analytics team. She is responsible for strategy development to support Quanta client’s business needs. Annie has experience in marketing analytics and project management in the financial industry and is passionate about storytelling with data. Annie obtained her Master’s of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Southern California.
Ethan Long is Quanta’s Senior Copywriter. Ethan is an experienced communicator, having previously worked in higher education communications and public relations. An expert in human-oriented communication, Ethan is passionate about customers through the collections process by meeting them where they are at and acknowledging the impact of their lived experience.
Shannon Shawgo is Quanta’s Digital Designer. She is responsible for creating the look and feel of Quanta’s email campaigns for clients, as well as for the Quanta brand. With previous experience in the financial industry and marketing management, she brings her knowledge and design capabilities to uplift creative projects and flow. Shannon is passionate about creating work that Quanta can proudly stand behind to inspire action and readability for any project.
Qi Dong is Quanta’s Strategy Analyst. With a Master of Science in Data Science, Qi specializes in data analytics and predictive modeling, leveraging her expertise to uncover insights and drive data-driven decisions. She is passionate about developing strategy based on customer segmentation and monitoring the performance of digital campaigns.
Vanessa Forte is Quanta’s Digital Campaign Developer. Vanessa specializes in executing innovative digital strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand success. With a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for technology, Vanessa excels in designing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Passionate about fostering meaningful connections between brands and their audiences, Vanessa brings a unique blend of creativity and technical skill to every project.
