Aleks Whitchurch is the CEO of Quanta Credit Services – an innovative new digital collections solution provider – and a former Digital Marketing leader for Capital One’s Credit Card business. She has wide-ranging experiences with Marketing and Digital Communications channels, strategies, data, and technology and has led numerous digital-first growth initiatives.
Aleks is an ardent believer in the power of integrated solutioning; she knows that bringing together the best of Digital Communications with industry-leading Collections expertise will enhance collections outcomes for both borrowers and lenders.
Aleks graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics and Sociology.
Scott Barton is the Founder and Managing Partner for 2nd Order Solutions (2OS) – a cutting edge credit advisory firm – as well as a former Senior Executive at Capital One. Throughout his experiences he has led countless successful Collections strategy and optimization projects for clients ranging from promising fintech lenders to Top 10 domestic and global banks. A dynamic industry conference speaker, he is passionate about combining best-in-class credit risk management with the latest innovations in machine learning and data-driven decision making.
Dave Wasik is a Partner for 2nd Order Solutions (2OS), focusing on Collections and Loss Mitigation, and a former Senior Executive at Capital One. Over his 25 years in financial services, he has developed deep expertise in strategy, process improvement, operations, and loss forecasting and regularly consults Top 20 banks to improve their Collections and Loss Mitigation efforts. Dave actively shares his sought-after expertise by publishing industry guiding whitepapers where he investigates the latest regulatory and economic factors impacting Collections in the moment.
Dave graduated from Duke University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Pete Palermo is Quanta’s acting Chief Technology Officer. Pete has more than 25 years’ experience leading data, technology and analytics at several financial service firms including over 17 years at Capital One. Prior to joining Quanta Pete held an executive global position leading data, analytics and strategy for a large international recoveries organization. Over his career, he has led many collections and recoveries solutions using innovative digital, data and AI/ML approaches.
Colene McNinch is Quanta’s Chief Compliance Officer, bringing over 25 years of industry experience with a focus on compliance, regulatory controls and audits, and Compliance Management System development. Colene is a highly organized executive with demonstrated success in various roles within the industry. Prior to joining Quanta, Colene held executive level roles in Operations and Account Management for a large global collections organization where she supported many of the world’s largest credit issuers.
Suzanne Currier is Quanta’s Senior Brand Advisor. She is passionate about empowering professionals and organizations to grow. From her decades of marketing and leadership experience across multiple Fortune 500 organizations, she uses her unique skills in coaching and consulting to deeply understand client needs, craft strategic solutions, and deliver results. A former marketing leader at Capital One, Suzanne has developed deep expertise in branding, multi-channel communications, consumer insights, and performance marketing.
Matt Jarrell is Quanta’s Senior Head of Client and Enterprise Analytics, focusing on crafting strategy and supporting Quanta’s business development opportunities. He brings over 20 years of analytic and business case experience to the team. He has owned, managed, and developed strategies while either working for or consulting to lenders across the Financial Services industry. He is passionate about finding innovative solutions for complex financial situations and sharing his insights with clients.
Shannon Grymes is Quanta’s Senior Client Engagement Manager, delivering customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. She serves as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, digital strategy execution, performance reporting, as well as end-to-end account management. She brings over 15 years of marketing, client development, and product management experience in Financial Services, most recently delivering success for key clients in Capital One’s Partnership Card business.
Jeff Marshall is Quanta’s Client Operations Lead. With more than 22 years in Financial Services, Jeff brings to Quanta a depth of knowledge across Risk Management and Operations. Specifically, he has a track record of turning ambiguous business problems into tangible results. Prior to joining Quanta, Jeff ran Operations for the direct to consumer Auto Finance business for Capital One. He also ran Bank Operations and owned Risk Management for the commercial business at Atlantic Union Bank. Most recently, Jeff was a management consultant focused on delivering robust collection methodologies for financial services clients.
JLL Johnson is Quanta’s Director of Client Strategy and Operations. She is responsible for developing campaign structures, implementing segmentation, and analyzing performance to optimize future outcomes. She has over a decade of financial services experience, leading analytics teams and developing and executing digital marketing and sales strategies, most recently leading the Capital One Spark Business sales incentive, geography and reporting strategy.
Jenn Griffin is Quanta’s Creative Director. She is a professional visual communicator passionate about helping businesses and organizations reach their target audience through creative design and strategic branding. Well-versed in all aspects of marketing and organizational communication, she brings a proven ability to manage both people and projects from inception to completion on time and within budget.
